Quality Policy Statement
The management of the home place a strong emphasis on the highest quality service possible for all of its service users. The home believes that no matter how good its present services, there is always room for improvement. This Policy sets out the values, principles and policies that underpin the home's approach to quality and can be used in conjunction with Statement of Aims and Objectives and Statement of Values (Philosophy of care).
Churchfields Nursing Home is a comprehensively equipped Private Nursing Home, which is registered under the terms of the Care Standards Act 2001, with the National Care Standards Commission:
The home is dedicated to the provision of the finest care for its service users. This will be achieved through the integration of efficient administrative practices with first class standards of care in accordance with the requirements for registration, and appropriate supplementary regulation, and the Care Homes, National Minimum Standards.
Accordingly, the home has been established with a quality-orientated approach to the business, and a high degree of quality awareness is developed through all levels of staff through appropriate training and leadership of management. To reinforce this, it Is the policy of the management that Churchfields Nursing Home shall, as applicable to the business, comply with the requirements of the International Quality standard ISO 9000 (latest revision).
